When someone is facing illness, loss, isolation, or hardship, what often matters most isn't a check or a program — it's the simple knowledge that they're not alone. Someone sees them. Someone is willing to walk with them.
Humanitarian Action of Hope's Compassionate Care & Community Outreach program is grounded in this conviction. Through community visits, care packages for families facing illness or grief, and partnerships with local congregations and service groups, we extend a network of hope throughout the Fort Worth area and beyond.

$75 supports transportation costs for our outreach team to reach homebound individuals
$150 sponsors a month of regular visits and care for a family in need
